Stuck on Update v2.1 screen

Hey folks, I got a used Torpedo Live, and eagerly plugged it in.

The Torpedo screen just says "Update v2.1", and is stuck there. The buttons also seem "stuck" i.e. I can't push them in at all - are they touch sensitive?

I tried the Torpedo Remote software, and it can detect the device, but is unable to proceed beyond "Waiting For Connection".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I'm hoping I didn't get a dud device.

also try another usb cable and connect it directly to the computer, not through a hub, monitor or extender

Thanks for the suggestion. It turns out that during shipping, the front panel had moved slightly, and jammed the buttons. This led to the device being stuck. I contacted Two Notes support, who were very helpful, and provided exact instructions to loosen the front panel. Once the buttons were freed, the device is working fine. Hopefully this helps out someone in the future as well..
