Question regarding Bogner Uberschall with Torpedo as loadbox

Hi guys
I have been using my Bogner xtc with the Torpedo loadbox to fantastic results.
Now, when I try to use my other Bogner amp (Uberschall, 150W), there is no signal recognized past the loadbox itself. For example, when I strum my guitar the "SPKR" LED on the Torpedo lights up to indicate a signal, but there is no sound and no signal in my DAW on the receiving end.

I have already tested the uberschall amp through my cab and works fine.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

can you try the headphone output? there is also a global volume and a patch volume, is one of them off? If you look at Torpedo Remote, do you also see the LED bargraph on the right (output)?

As is sometimes the peculiar case, I had to turn everything off, reboot the macbook and reconnect - and like magic all is working.
I suspect it's because I kept the audio interface connected to my laptop while in sleep mode overnight.

So to all, if it seems like you have everything set up correctly and you've checked and re-checked all connections, volumes, sometimes a simple restart is all that's needed.

If this post saves just one person from smashing their head against a wall it will have done its job!
