Two Notes Torpedo Reload - DI and Loadbox

Hey all. Need a bit of advice.

Running my guitar head into the loadbox of my Torpedo Reload with an out to a cab. I've started running my bass into the instrument input and using the DI to my interface.

Question is, can I run the amp head into the loadbox and the bass into the DI at the same time?
At the moment I'm not turning my amp on when I'm recording bass which is a bit of a pain because it could do with being on in standby to get the tubes warm but I don't know if the loadbox function can function at the same time as the DI function.

Any information is appreciated.

You can run the Di to Daw with a Bass while running an amp to load to DAW and the speaker out with a guitar. These paths are independent.
