Why can't I get any descent tone out of the Wall of Sound? I've tried using my Torpedo Reload and Suhr Reactive. Even tried using the amps compensated out and the send from the amps loop. Nothing removes the thin, grainy and fizzy tone. I've tried activating the Power Amp section of the WOS and it's getting even worse. I thought the Power Amp section at least would make it sound a bit fatter...but it's the opposite. It’s even thinner sounding.
The soundcard I’m using is the RME UCX and I’ve checked so that none of the direct tone is sounding in the mixer. But still it sounds like an AM Radio. I had some better tones (but still not very good) with my other amps and my old soundcard that I no longer have...but the Diezel Herbert and my Mesa Mark V sounds like crap…no matter how I try dialing the EQ. I’ve tried both the cabs in WOS and even RedWirez and Ownhammer. Any ideas of what could be wrong?

I've placed an order of the Torpedo Live from a Company offering 45 Days return if I'm not happy with it. But they told me that I can't upload any Ownhammer or new cabs to the Torpedo Live without registering the Torpedo Live first...and if I do I can't return it. Is there a way of unregister the Torpedo Live so I can try it out in full?

Hey MrFlexx,

that's indeed a whole topic, do you think you could share with us some samples so we get a better idea of what you're experiencing?

you can unregister a unit from your account, in the license manager. You should already have a Two notes account, just go there and you'll see you can manage the cabinets your have (if you purchased any:)

Here's a clip using the Karozen with a SM57 and a R121: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1A0Pbj ... y-JJLnyXbX

Here's a clip using a real Diezel FL 4x12 with V30's using a SM57: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tAmUp ... 2_nEoTgdZU

Here's a clip playing solo guitar with the same mics and the Karozen as before: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oxFdD ... bbcg4GZwJb

Here's an old clip using the real mic and cab. This clip has some reverb and delay...but no EQ post processing. It's really fat singing tone:

As you can hear the new clips using WoS sounds really thin even though I use the combination of a R121 and SM57. Any ideas?

I don't know what the others here think, but clip 1 and 3 don't seem like they are very far from another. tried it on a couple different monitors I have here.

What's played is quite different so it's hard to make them sound identical, but

Clip 2 (herbert 57) is way off and really dull sounding, so either you maybe mixed up the name and Clip 2 is the WoS, but otherwise i'm not sure I understand what you want, to be honest. :/
