7H OR 10H choke, which is better?

Increasing the Henry value should make the power supply stiffer and tighter, but I don't know if 7 - 10 is enough of a difference that you would notice it.

Hey! Thanks for the comment, I was wondering if a 10 would give more "WHOMPF!" to pick attack, or if the difference, like you said, would not be enough to notice.
 
-I remember a thread over at the old metro site where some where using a multi-tape choke-(different values)-and making it switchable so you could switch between them... Haven't been there in awhile but I'm planning on installing a choke on my 2203KK and doing this,
