Yamaha SG-2000 pickup spacing

Do any of you guys know what's the pickup spacing in the bridge of my 1980 Yamaha sg-2000? I have a 53mm spaced pickup I wanna put in it. Will that work?

The biggest issue you'll have is fitting the pickup through the Yamaha pickup ring. If it's a covered humbucker, forget it. It's probably not gonna fit. If it's uncovered, you may be able to fit the bobbins through the pickup ring. As for the pole piece spacing itself, don't sweat it. If you can physically fit the pickup into the guitar, you'll be fine.

The rings are what I was concerned about. Luckily the pickups are uncovered. So it should work then?
