OK, Here's the deal.....
I just got back from my meeting with the sales rep. Everything is good, except I hit one bump in the road which is easily fixed. That bump is NYS Sales Tax.
I am going to need everyone to send me either money orders, or use paypal. Obviously with Paypal, they charge 3.5%, so I suggest either postal MO's or similar. I also suggest sending it to me via Priority mail so I get it in 2 days.
The reason for this is....
I live in NY and I am purchasing these 10 amps from NY. So they have to charge sales tax on any purchases that are within the state. There is simply no way to avoid it other than me getting MO's or Paypal and bringing in cash for the order.
Anyone that was planning on using their CC's to do this can simply go to your local post office and purchase the MO's with a CC.
Everyone should write all my information on the MO's and write Marshall JVM Amp in the memo slot
Once I get the MO's I will deposit them into my bank account and withdraw the cash to pay for them.
I will make copies of everything and keep everything on file and email receipts for payment to everyone as soon as I receive it. Obviously, if you use Paypal, you will have your receipt from them.
Please EMAIL me ASAP to get this done.
Thanks everyone..

If anyone else wants in, let me know by today. I will be placing the order ASAP....

Um, I think Ralph DID kick him out of there, we just didn't stick around to see.

Now you come up with the plan, nice timing there Bob. I am going to an Army Surplus store to buy anti Ralph and Kage devices for next year.

Oh yeah.......dropped your cd off to 88.1 yesterday afternoon. Local college station. Here from Michael Wagner yet??

Guys, I can't say enough great things about this amp and $1600 is a retardedly amazing price. Before anyone shits on my shoes, Im not here to hype anything up. I know what I heard in that Marshall booth and this amp is a winner for sure. Hell, I went back to see the demo 4 times.
Think about what this thing does.... 4 channels all with there own controls. 3 different modes for each of the 4 channels. Digital reverb that sounds killer. A revamped clean sound where the gain stages come before the eq ala boogie/Fender. Midi capability and the amp comes with a footswitch.

These amps are definitely going to go for $2000 or morefrom a dealer for sure.
Most of you probably know that I am battleing credit card debt, but if I was not, I would have Steve order me 2 today.

I have to go to NAMM next year. I will be the official room clearer. All i need is 2 slices of pizza with some toppings and 3 Sam Adams and my farts can melt glass. I those small demos rooms i could probably make myself gag. 8)

I love the fact that you can change all 4 channels AND all 3 modes per channel via the factory footswitch. Plus it has a programmable footswitch with memory for what your settings. Pretty much like storing a MIDI map...
I'm really psyched about this amp.
