Alright guys, i know that some of you are using a VH4 GCP/GCX Setup.
I decided to update my Setup with some new Pedals and i wanted to do some Presets and now i cannot store more than two Channels.
For Example i wanted to Store my sounds like this:

(4 Preset per Bank Mode)

01 Basic Heavy (which i am using most of the time)
02 Clean (with different Effects)
03 Lead

Two sounds can be stored but not three.

I'm a bit unclear on what you mean that you can only store two sounds - normally you would assign each midi device a channel of its own globally in the GCP and decide on a per preset basis what you want to send when you click patches.

So if you have the following MIDI channel assignments:

Channel 1 = VH4
Channel 2 = GSP1101

I would then setup patches like so:

Patch 1 - VH4 Channel 1 (clean), GSP1101 patch 30
Patch 2 - VH4 Channel 1 (clean), GSP1101 patch 12
Patch 3 - VH4 Channel 3, GSP1101 path 30
(etc.)

I think from memory the GCP will control up to 16 devices (it might be 8 I can't remember).

I'm assuming you are using / controlling the loops in the GCX from the GCP and that is why you are in 4 preset mode?

I spent a few hours last night relearning the GCP/GCX using with my Sig X and G Major.

Your question is unclear to me also.

It's 8 devices webrthomson.... Not 16.

OP, I'm sorry, but I do not understand the question either.

Don't want to sound blunt, but please search the forum. There are couple of threads on how to program GCX and GCP with Diezels (incl. VH4) on this forum. I know as I use this combo and have wrote to those threads as well. We will gladly help you if you still face problems.
