He sure ventures with different projects and delivers. His playing has gotten better over the last 5 years. I wish Eddie would do side projects instead of sitting at home on his ass. Be cool to hear him try some modern stuff.

Not really a Lynch fan but that was pretty cool. He almost looked like the singer for Rammstein in that video ;)

I agree!, that's actually one of the only "new" bands I've seen lately that interest's me. lol.....Cory Glover!....lol. Surprised to see him, but I really thought it sounded pretty good.

That was cool. GL sounded great. Glover is one of the few from the ‘80s that can still sing and sounds much the same.

EVH is too busy cashing all his endorsement checks.

Very cool.. pre-order placed!
Thoughts on what the effect on the intro might be?

Ok, that was cool.

Best vocals for me on a George project since early Oni.
This guy can sing.

And George tore it up.

Lynch has always been a favorite of mine. He bummed me out for a while but has really turned it up over the past 5 or so years.

I don't know who Pancho the bass player is but he tore it up also.

Its amazing what he does considering he's in his 60's - and is an inspiration for those of us in our 50's ;>) There are very few guys his age or even 10 years younger that keep producing fresh sounding stuff. I love his work ethic, just keeps producing cool music. It's hard to top his KXM stuff so if you don't have it - get it. Thanks for posting had not heard this yet.

That solo was badass!! Fit the song perfectly.

You can tell that George finds singers for these projects that are nothing like a Don Dokken type voice. I loved the XVM stuff and this is great as well. To be honest, there is really nothing George has done that I haven't liked. The stuff with Michael Sweet from Stryper rocked, Lynch Mob, etc., etc. The guy just has a feel and an ear for stuff.

I dig it. Surprisingly. As much as i loved his playing for so long this is the first thing to interest me in a while.

That was great. I enjoyed the singing, guitar playing and song structure. I hope this band goes big.

yeah this. Haven't really liked anything george has done since in a while (smoke and mirrors was cool) and never liked living colour but Coreys voice suits this song perfectly. The rhythm is robotic (which works with the busy drums and bass) and the solo kills

Very cool that these guys get together. I saw Glover not long ago with Dug Pinnick in a small theater and he still has it. Lynch must hang with both of these guys. Pinnick is awesome. I see Kings X every time they come here and they are always excellent!

I think EVH is still recovering from a number of health issues he's had over the years as well as focusing on family. Drugs/alcohol abuse, quit smoking (vapes now), cancer, diverticulitis, Roth-itus, Sammy-bola. I might be missing a few more. If you think about it, it's staggering the amount of live shows Ed has played over the years, almost nonstop. From the club days all the way up to the early 2000's?

Does George still have to work kinda thing? Or is he well off?

Saw this the other day. LOVE it. Lynch's lead was fantastic. The whole band is killer. Also, GL is playing my DREAM ESP!

That was pretty freakin cool. I like the band, his tone, the riff and one of the better leads I've heard him do in awhile.

Eddie doesn't have to work, and arthritis makes continual playing (as in a tour) painful. His isn't as bad as his big brother's, thankfully.

George does have to work.

Yup. He said in a recent podcast that he supports multiple families. That is why he constantly works.

Don really was an idiot. George said they were at the crossroads, about to renegotiate their deal and Don decided he wanted it all for himself. They were at the height of their fame, on a great label with great management and it all just turned to shit and the momentum was lost. Don trying to call the Up From The Ashes band Dokken and the resulting lawsuit from George, Jeff and Mick didn't help either.

Especially if you get married/divorced in California your Ex wife can get LIFETIME ALIMONY based on your prime working years. That was the case with Robin Williams with two ex-wives. Even though he wanted/needed to start slowing down as he reached retirement age he had to take whatever work( and the offers were not coming in as they once did) he could to keep up on his huge alimony payments even though he had the onset of Parkinson's disease and severe depression.

He placed all the wealth he had left into a trust for his children before committing suicide. The Ex-wive's are now contesting the trust even though it was not part of the alimony decreed by the family court system.

It is my understanding that even if you retire and your income is only a fraction of what it was California courts will not lower the payments, the ex spouse must be kept at the level income that she has been accustomed to, imagine that... you would never be able to retire and if you don't make the payments the court system will incarcerate you and while you are in jail your back payments add up with interest penalties you must pay to the state while you are in jail.
