He finally responded after I raised a case with Paypal and is saying he'll get it shipped "soon" and has been delayed due to his work schedule (not sure why that's my problem) If you're not prepared to ship once you receive payment you should not offer it for sale (IMHO). At the very least you should communicate with the buyer. At this point I'm not getting the warm and fuzzies so I asked for a refund which he doesn't want to do. I'll keep everyone posted
Dude, COMMUNICATION!! $1700 and its too much to ask for you to drop a note to say "hey I had an emergency at work so it'll be delayed a few days". I would've understood that. I pinged you TWICE with no answer and you still didn't answer until I opened a dispute with Paypal which finally got your attention (I guess that motivated you to finally respond) I think every member on this board would agree that a little communication goes a LONG way. And pissy? You wanna call me pissy?? You've got $1700 of my money and your not responding? I will go Tony Soprano on your ass for a lot less than that
I explained to you that I did not have the opportunity to send a message. You don’t know my profession, position, or hours. And you certainly don’t know enough about me to be making “Tony Soprano” threats. I initially asked you for your email after you paid to facilitate for quicker response l, and you chose not to reply to that. So calm down, realize two days is well within an acceptable time frame and enjoy your nice piece of gear.
Once again, not sure how your profession or your schedule has anything to do with this. There's no reason you couldn't respond to the messaging on this board. The issue is you did not respond until you were in danger of losing the sale then acted like I'm being unreasonable for asking and you STILL are oblivious to how ur completely in the wrong here. Now others will see how you act as a seller. And when money is involved u bet I'll start getting excited about it and won't be "calm" k?
