You will find this subforum has a lot of permanent fixtures. They just never seem to be doing anything else. Many have multiple alts, and have been banned on most other forums. I wouldn't say that they're Totally Bored, but just don't seem to have much else going on besides entry level shitposting. When poked, some can even be a good sport!
