All religion is bullshit.
Judaism, Christianity and Islam are just different brands of the same Abrahamic Middle Eastern cult.
Idiots here hypocritically demonise extremist Muslims and ignore extremist Christian, Buddhist, Hindu etc… individuals and events.
All religion is fake.
You sir are wrong. But just wait..

You sir are wrong. But just wait..

It’s rubbish.
Anyone with even a mild interest in world history, geography, politics and sociology can clearly see that religion is nothing more than a collection of location specific folk myths which has been then capitalised by governments to control simple minded peasants through a legal and economic framework.
Threatening someone with an empty “You’ll see” ideology simply adds weight to the argument, because it’s yet again proof that there is no proof.
Is there a higher power?
Maybe. Or maybe they’re simply remnants and stories of previous civilisations, of which we do actually have proof and evidence of existing.
The point is that none of the current major world religions which are based on separating money from believers adequately explains or is explained by science.
It’s faith based on tradition, which ultimately is simply opinion based on repeated rituals and indoctrination.

It's hard to believe every tale of religion, but if you've been around for a while, you have to realize that we as a species are dumb as fuck.. The most evolved animals on the planet at best out of many Universes that we don't understand at all.. You gotta know there's something after this.. If you don't then maybe your problem is that you think you know it all and your ego and sense of self is way out of proportion..

There's plenty of ancient literature about religion way before Christ.. If you have the time, check out The Book Of Enoch.. Enoch was the great grandfather of Noah.. According to the book, God had Watcher Angels on the earth, but they fucked up and took human wives that gave birth to hybrid monsters called Nepilim.. This pissed off God which is the real reason he flooded the earth, which was to kill them after he sent the Guardian Angels to banish the Watcher Angels.. True? Don't know, but great story bro...

I can tell you that I have been visited by relatives in my dreams. I have been visited by evil in my dreams. My partner of the last 17 years just passed from Lung Cancer 2 months ago.. A few days after she passed I had a dream that was so vivid. At the end of the dream she kissed me on the lips real fast as if she was saying goodbye to go to the store and I instantly woke up but I felt the kiss on my lips and it took my breath away. For a split second I could have grabbed her out of thin air.. That shit was real.

I've had other experienced but those are for me. I don't belong to a Church. I don't trust those in power who claim they know because people are people and abuse their power. I know a few Prayers. I pray the Rosary.. It has helped my outlook tremendously in tough times.. I don't have all the answers.. But I do know there is life after this shit..

LOL! If you want to talk in terms of world history, geography, politics, and sociology then you've come to the right place because I'm a social scientist. Are you sure you're qualified to engage in such a debate as one competent and informed in the subject matter? It's not so much those facets of biblical history that make it undeniably true, but the most concrete and indisputable evidence is in the sciences. If you had a fundamental education in biology and physics, you wouldn't deny the existence of GOD.

Most unbelievers are simple-minded, ignorant, or outright reject the knowledge of GOD. If you understood cells, molecules, elements, enzymes, and molecular physics, the proof of GOD is in plain sight. For example, the Big Bang theory is illogical. What kind of person believes that somehow nothing exploded and created universal order and life? LOL!!! If nothing existed then how could nothing explode? If matter existed outside of time, then who made it and who set off the explosion? Those are stupid, illogical ideas for sin-lovers and the inadequately educated. Go ahead and find an example of anything highly organized, ordered, and functional that resulted from blowing something up. At this point it should be common-sense.

Everything in the universe has intelligent design. GOD established the order of the universe when He created it, which is universal law. Everything from atoms to DNA behaves according to law and design. There are laws of physics just as there are genetic instructions of intelligent design that are delivered in a cellular communication system. Everything from enzymes to messenger RNA reflect a perfectly orchestrated design. Molecular components within cells communicate, share information, and make decisions based on precise factors. Nuclei dispatch instructions for cellular function and molecules carry them out. Atoms have unique atomic numbers and atomic weights, yet are known to be about the same size. Splitting a single atom causes a nuclear reaction. Atoms have electron shells with very specific numbers. The elements have unique numbers of subatomic particles.

No one with a brain believes all these things came out of the complete chaos of a universal explosion. There are geniuses who deny GOD, but it's not that they don't believe in Him, it's that they reject Him and believe GOD is in the individual, or some kind of enigmatic universal force, or some universal energy, etc. It's not just that but that they think they can understand GOD. In fact, most people do exactly that. Every time someone says, "Well why would GOD allow this or that?" or "Why didn't GOD just make everything perfect?" etc., they assume they can understand GOD. That's insane!

It's only when people humble and deny themselves that they can see clearly. Everything laid out in the KJV holy bible or Textus Receptus manuscripts explain all of this and so much more. The bible proclaimed the earth is round thousands of years before we could prove it. The bible talks all about universal law which is mirrored by physics, biology, etc. The laws of GOD are reflected in every aspect of life and existence. Everything in existence is created substance. Nothing creates itself so there must be a creator. Everything in existence has an intelligent design, and anything with a design must have a designer. DNA, for example, is programmed. Therefore, DNA was programmed by a programmer.

To deny these rudimentary facts is to deny truth and reality. You speak on things with beliefs, yet you cannot even articulate how you came to develop those beliefs; and if you tried, you'd be at a dead end because it's nothing more than an amalgamation of worldly pollution that fits your sensibilities and allows you to be comfortable outside of reality. You even speak of history and sociology yet you're not even educated on it. I asked you a rhetorical question about whether you really think you're capable of discussing such things in an informed, rational way. I already know the answer because I know exactly what people prepared to have such discussions do.

I certainly hope you can be humble enough to consider these things because I don't speak without authentic, developed knowledge. I know the truth and can prove it to anyone who really wants to know the truth at heart because all that knowledge is given to us by GOD on the pages of scripture. In the very least, you should at least reevaluate your depth of knowledge and understanding about things you loosely believe you know.

You're making a whole lotta sense !

It was a pretty-epic post by many measures, and articulate too, to be fair.

I won't get into a to-and-fro debate but let's just say that I've been aware for decades of all of the evidences he's mentioned lately.

This is really interesting— whereabouts in Africa did you grow up? And what inspired you to get into animal breeding?

South Africa.

I was ill with lead poisoning, glandular fever and whatnot from around my 2nd to the day of my 3rd birthday. I woke up that day, miraculously-and-suddenly feeling fine, so I went straight outside and the journey began. I'd been hanging to get outside; I guess maybe the constraints of been bed-ridden fed into my inherent love of nature?

Anywho, so out I went and the very-first thing I did was make up and sing a birthday / beautiful-day song to myself (I distinctly remember the phrase, "I am 3, I am 3") whilst zooming in on a gold-flowering, dark-green, mini-shrub creeper and never looked back. I got my first fish bowl that day too. The aquariums, snakes, snails, frogs, toads, lizards, chameleons and whatnot followed thereafter until I had to move to Aus. Kept and bred fish for 53 years now and it never gets old. :dunno:

Awesome! Animals rock. Glad you made a full recovery from the lead poisoning too

Thanks man. Unfortunately mercury and four other heavy metals (including lead) had multiple goes at killing me again.

Ruined my life, few would dispute, but I'm grateful for what I still have, like the ability to do this job.

Damn man that sucks, very sorry to hear it

Glad you’re with us now anyway

Hilarious.
I don’t need to wank on with my qualifications, suffice to say I have Degrees in Psychology and Humanities and have run History and Geography Faculties across different schools for nearly two decades.
I never proposed credence in the Big Bang Theory, so you can stick that StrawMan Argument up your ass. Further, if you believe that was simply an “explosion” then your understanding of science is flawed. I sincerely hope you haven’t been butchering the minds of students with your simplistic explanations.
Order in nature does not predispose the existence of your “God”, let alone one supreme creator. This is human arrogance founded on 18th Century naivety and the argument against it easily supported if you consider that if all of nature confirms to the designs of God which allows the order of process, then reason dictates that God’s acts as an order process must also conform to the laws of nature. Ergo, God cannot NOT exist within the bounds and restrictions of nature.
The majority of your diatribe is founded on belief, which I addressed earlier.

The concept of an underworld was invented to scare people into subservience. Every religion has a fantasy underworld.
The Judaistic fires of Hell is a mistranslation of Gehenna, the city dump outside Jerusalem where rubbish was burnt, on the old site of where children in the Old Testament were sacrificed by the Jews to Molech.
In other words, the concept of Hell, where eternal fire burns ‘sinners’, is bullshit.
