Obviously fraud ad; I assume the OP knows. Brand new account. Free shipping from a foreign country at a price that's already too good to be true.
 
No way man, that guy is legit. I just bought a real 59 Les Paul from him for $1500. I'll post videos of me playing when it gets here and prove ya'll wrong.
 
Doesn't reverb have really good buyer protection?
 
That amp is actually on eBay, in New Jersey, for 4k buy it now

Things usually work out in the end, but in this case it might take a couple of months to resolve. Seller will probably give either a false tracking number, ship the buyer something that isn't the item, or just outright bail and the buyer has to pursue reimbursement with their payment method (hopefully PP or a credit card).

My experience is that Reverb absolutely drags their feet in non-delivery, "where could it be?" situations.
 
They should initiate harsh new scammer laws. Brutal, brutal drawn out torture. Locally, a few senior citizens have been scammed out of huge amounts of cash over the past week. Scammers are the trash of the world.
 
I have relatives in Tokyo. I just asked about local pickup and location :D
