you have no urges or just choose not to buy anything.
would you be considered frugal or just satisfied with what you have.

Have you considered getting into Funko Pops?

Don't know how to really answer that, but on the other end I would probably be considered insane if I did buy all the gear I want. I'm pretty sure I already have more guitars in my home than the person above has Pops toys. WTB: guitar I already have in color I don't already have.

I hope you got my e-mail with my shipping address.

Totes my brotes! I'll try and get it out this week. Sorry, been helping my daughter move and been in drone mode all month on my downtime. Feel bad cause I wanted to do some Christmas giveaways, but the ghosts didn't visit me on Christmas Eve, so I think I got a pass this year.

Compared to some dudes on this forum I'm definitely frugal. I don't want an amp museum or a guitar store at my house. I like to travel light. Compared to other people's rigs I see gigging around here I'd say I'm much less frugal. I find a 1000-1500 guitar and a 1000-1500 amp gets the job done real good without being a liability. I am not much a pedal guy and have only used 2 different OD's in 20 years, lol. I am satisfied with what I use. One time a guy insisted I try his guitar at a show and I sighed inwardly cause I hate playing other peoples stuff even if it's a 59 burst into a dumble. If it's not my motorcycle I don't really want to ride it.

And @CRAIG4FSU the 249 is pretty sweet but I'd rather have the 240Bravo/FN MAG if I get my choice

Those dudes with huge guitar collections are just crazy, I just need enough of them to match whatever fashion I'm going with on a given day.

I would say that in general I’m satisfied enough not to be buying a lot more than what I own. I can afford more but I like to keep things simple and I don’t like clutter. I generally swap stuff that I don’t use unless it’s special. But amps, cabs, pickups and pedals can vary the sound a lot, so that’s my focus when I do buy as I’m always chasing tone.

There are only 2 guitars that I truly want. An Ibanez RG7620VK (childhood dream guitar) and a nice Les Paul. I have never owned an actual nice Les Paul. I would probably play it for a couple weeks and sell it for a Strat, but I would never sell the 7620

luckily I can't afford the one piece of gear I really want; but I have too much gear already, and I dig what I have.
