I think Danocasters are import necks and bodies, same with Waterslide?
There's probably a bunch of small builders that just have necks and bodies made in China then paint them.

You must have run into one of my ex brother in law's builds :ROFLMAO:
He used to put fake fender waterslides on squiers. Even went as far putting walnut plugs in the truss cavity. What a scumbag. He was found out pretty quickly though and destroyed by the local scene. Rightfully so.

Ya might get lucky and find some American iron these days, but all the resistors, caps and all that are going to be Chinese anyways. Made in America with Chinese parts

Warmoth will do a "Gibson scale conversion" neck, where you can get a CBS era Fender headstock with a 24-3/4" scale.

I was driving… what I meant was if you’re looking for a more Charvel/Jackson style neck there are better options. Musikraft, KNE, USACG (or whatever that brand is) all do a more Charvel style neck carve. The Warmoth necks aren’t bad quality, just not real different from an average Fender IMO.
