I came very close to calling an ice tip line today. Very close.

Some highlights from the video I posted:

Fed Prosecutor in Los Angeles is now issuing Federal arrest warrants for invaders, not ICE detainers that sanctuary cities ignore. If they ignore the Federal arrest warrants they face Federal charges themselves.

ICE is staking out an Immigration court in Phoenix, AZ. If the invader's case is closed and they lose temporary status that allows them to stay in the US during their immigration process, then ICE arrests them immediately.

demoncrats are upset about this. so it's a win-win for America.

I couldn't park my rig in front of a job this morning because there were 5 cars parked in front on both sides of the street. One was a van where currently 6 "Immigrants" were strapping shit down on the roof and looking around all sketchily. When they left another car pulled up and 5 or so more came out of this house across the street from my job and got in. A little while later about 4 or 5 more came out and were hooting and hollering in Spanish in the front yard drinking beer. This was 8-9 AM in suburban St. Charles County Mo. And it was a nice house. How do they got an occupancy permit for 30 fucking people to live in one house. I had to haul a bunch of shit a block down the street to do my job. And block the road to use my tractor.

I can tell you what would happen if I lived across the street from that, but then I wouldn't. I pretty much fucking hate people for the most part and would never live near a shit ton of them in a neighborhood like that.

Catapult them into the ocean and bring the next batch. Before it’s over we will have developed catapults that will launch humans 3 miles 🤣
The ones we don't catapult could be dropped off a tall building into a dumpster waiting below. Bonus points if they land half way in and half way out of the dumpster.

We’ve had a bit of ICE activity here in town recently. What a bunch of cowards lol. Gang of dudes in riot gear and automatic weapons rolling up in unmarked vehicles to someone’s apartment with a battering ram? Fuck sakes.

Technically those were most likely semi automatic weapons.

Do you know who was inside the apartment ? How do you know they weren't dangerous ? More importantly how do those feds know ? When the ATF rolled up on that airport officials house loaded for bear and ended up killing him in the middle of the night after waking him and his wife up. What's your thoughts on that ? When the IRS rolls up on tax evaders looking exactly like a SWAT team ?

Dan that's SOP for law enforcement regardless of if it's a bunch of illegal Guatemalans or some dude who was selling guns at a flea market.

I’ve been in houses during drug raids that the authorities came in with less fire power than ICE.
A bunch of dudes in street clothes and face covering, walking into an apartment complex with guns and a battering ram is fucking stupid and is quite frankly embarrassing to me as an American.

In the particular case(s) I am talking about, I am 100% certain the people they were after were in no way violent or dangerous criminals. We are a sanctuary town and our local law enforcement in no way touches immigration law. That is why no local enforcement were present at these shit shows. If the persons who were being detained had even a hint of a criminal record, actual police would have been involved. Nor would actual police parade the people through streets and parking lots with guns on every side of them before tossing them in the back of a van.

It’s pitiful and cowardly and will no doubt be an awful black mark on the history of our country. This is the kind of shit my grandkids will be asking “how was this even allowed?” because it will be taught in history classes.

Like I said, it’s embarrassing

Why were you in a drug house during a swat raid ?

I've been, eh, in the proximity of several raids in N. STL and they were just like the ICE raid you're complaining about. Maybe they do things different in New England 🤷‍♂️

So what about the 20 fully armed, dressed for combat, FBI agents that raided that pastor's house to arrest him for allegedly shoving a protester at an abortion clinic ? I could literally provide hundreds of examples of cops flexing their wares in seemingly ludicrous situations. Do you only have a problem with this one ?

The sanctuary city thing probably isn't going to work out well for your civic leaders. At this point I would assume everyone in the country knows the DOJ isn't fucking around when they say they are going after illegal immigrants. And it's what got Trump elected.

I think my grandkids might be asking what the deal was with a senile mother fucker letting 13 million unvetted illegals into the country in an attempt to fundamentally transform the country.

I think Biden will barely be a footnote in history. I reckon he will be remembered as the VP of the first black president more than anything.

As for whatever you are talking about with the priest, yea that sucks man. Not sure it is apples to apples though. Most people seem to be very under informed on the laws around immigration, and if you think a swat team is appropriate for civil offenses, then I think you are forgetting or selectively choosing what parts of freedom is expected out of America.

In an attempt to use your logic, how would you feel if a swat team showed up to detain a plumber for not finishing a job on time? Or to your house because your tree is hanging hanging too far into your neighbor’s yard? Or any other CIVIC dispute?

There has never been a time in history when targeted attacks on specific groups of people have gone over well. This is another one of those times and while I hate that it is happening, I’m certainly glad I am not part of the movement cheering it on. That is the kind of shit people have to come to terms with on their deathbed.

It's a crime, not a "civil offense".

Sorta.
It’s easy to ignore the difference when you aren’t the one having it work against you.

It’s pretty simple to me, I don’t think this is what the American Justice System should look like.
I’m ok with thinking “maybe it’s just me”, but if you are asking me, again, it’s embarrassing

There's no sorta. It's a crime.

  • “Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1325 makes it a crime to unlawfully enter the United States. It applies to people who do not enter with proper inspection at a port of entry, such as those who enter between ports of entry, avoid examination or inspection, or who make false statements while entering or attempting to enter. A first offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, up to six months in prison, or both.
  • “Illegal Re-Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1326 makes it a crime to unlawfully reenter, attempt to unlawfully reenter, or to be found in the United States after having been deported, ordered removed, or denied admission. This crime is punishable as a felony with a maximum sentence of two years in prison. Higher penalties apply if the person was previously removed after having been convicted of certain crimes: up to 10 years for a single felony conviction (other than an aggravated felony conviction) or three misdemeanor convictions involving drugs or crimes against a person, and up to 20 years for an aggravated felony conviction.

Get back to us on how you feel when you find your wife or daughter's car marked by human traffickers.

I didnt say it wasn’t a crime. I said what crime it was, and compared it to other similar crimes to highlight the absurdity and imbalance of how it is being radicalized compared to mentioned similar crimes.

but by all means, don’t let me keep you from seeking solace in more fallacies

What isn't a fallacy is the effect unfettered, unvetted illegal immigration is having on the country.

Comparing licensed plumbers or whatever to foreigners who snuck into the country illegally is absurd brother.
