If you are not getting at least 150 grams of protein everyday, you are losing muscle, not just fat.
That is on the high side for sure. I plan my meals for 100g per day not counting supplements
 
Find a calculator for your age and weight, 100 sounds very low.
150grams would put me at about 1 gram per pound of body weight.
With supplements I’d say I’m close to 130grams per day but it varies

I think he was suggesting that since it was chicken, you were eating the cock. If you raise chickens from eggs eventually you gotta chop some cocks or at least put em out the run for the foxes to get or you'll have dead cocks and shredded hens. The point being, I have eaten a few cocks myself, so don't feel bad. :LOL:
