I have one of these. Totally legit. I put two Evolution (neck/bridge) and it's a very decent guitar. Bought mine new when they released the first batch. Fit and finish was very good on my model year.

Get the Genesis reissue. At 999$ you get a MIJ RG550 with the good hardware. The one i tried were comparable to my 87-92. I see beat up late 80s models being sold for more than new Genesis.

It was fun to watch and they looked like having fun playing that tune. One thing that hit me… where is my youth 😂🤣😆 but each time I see them or Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Sammy Hagar, Satriani or even The Rolling Stones… it shows there is no age to rock n roll.

I'd get a load box with IR capabilities as others suggested. I have a basic Mesa Cabclone IR and it works great with my two Mesa amps

Have a L6 G50 and Boss WL-20. For home use, i love the simplicity of the Boss. I don't use a cable anymore except when i forget to charge it

The first jam at around 7:00 is very nice. Andy plays some very nice melodic licks.
