Pete was great, both playing and his vocal contributions. But Gina brings another element of greatness, she's a great player adds a little different vocal flavor and I think they write better songs with her. Maybe they haven't improved per se, just changed a bit and still as awesome as ever.

The last rig rundown I saw for nita, she was using a Friedman be-od pedal straight to mix, no amp or model. She had a Boss processor I think and maybe a few other pedals but the "tone" was the be pedal.

With the white guard I like the maple better. If you went with a black or tortoise guard that might change. Perhaps it's better to try and determine if one sounds or plays better, even if minutely, or answer which neck do you prefer playing? then swap the guard to better match the look you like?
