Do you have a schematic?
I am building 2nd clean channels on other circuits I have but not this as of today. If the Splawn has a clean channel it could pose an obstacle until I work out the R & D for the clean channel for the Divergent.

The “Divergent” allows the guitar to plug straight in to the amp as with all of my work. I may install a low mid switch but I am going for a really rich saturated Marshall tone I hear in my head. Right on the verge of inarticulate...
I believe you are on the correct path. There were “many” mods Bogner did with the small blue PCB with his initials on it “RB”. Not always the same circuit mod either. I have seen some that were small gray or silver PCB’s. Mark Cameron’s friend Jason found a 2204 in Bogner’s home town in Germany...
