Back in my day (the 80s) … if you wanted a metric to standard -grams to ounces - conversion the best person to ask was always one of the guys in a jean jacket… No bullshit … a teacher asked the class how many grams in an ounce and the only hands that went up were the stoners.

I’m sure they do make em. Just not those. Can’t properly sterilize plastic/rubber handles for medical applications, but I have a bunch of actual surgical tools (nurse retired) took from Germany and Switzerland so I have no doubt.
