It's rare or obscure because I've never seen another 1975 Marshall 1959 SLP with so many mods. Clean channel, drive channel and adaptable solo boost...all footswitchable. Very good effects loop that can be fully bypassed. Resonance control. 3 Way bright switch.

I didn't want to react at first but the album was called "1987" so the tour couldn't have been in 1986. Just pure logic.

The tour with the new line up (featuring Tommy Aldridge) started on 20 June 1987. And "Girls, Girls, Girls" was released in May of 1987. So definitely not 1986.

But then they went downhill after Cowboys from Hell.....

In 1954 we Gibson already had block inlays on the Les Paul Custom, so dot inlays are not typical of that era...

I had one for a couple of weeks, sold it because there was a hum that became very annoying when using high gain. Tried it with 4 of my amps and had it with all of them. Tried it at home and in my rehearsal space. It was the only pedal that gave me this hum. I bought it second hand so maybe there...
