I was surfing YouTube and came across the old famous Curt Mitchell EVH video from ‘92 or so. Such a great vid from back in the pre-internet days.

So, I wondered, what’s ol’ Curt up to these days? Did y’all all know this? Convicted of murder?!? Is this him?

Wow, Curt Mitchell was one of my clients. I talked to him on the phone dozens of times up till 2010/2011. None of this sounds like the Curt I knew. He had Charvel endorsements amongst other MI industry people as well.

This leaves me totally baffled...and sad.

Wow, same name but in Wichita? The Curt Mitchell I know lived near Reno, NV. This does look like it's about another guy.

Yep. I've had some online conversations with him and Dan Greenberg, and the Curt Mitchell referenced by the OP is not the guy who was the 80's shredder. Curt the shredder is still out west.

Just read he sold over a million of those “in the style of,” instructional videos. Wow. I had the EVH vid many years ago.
