I used to get amazing results for tones with My Yamaha MT-4x. Really miss my Otari, 1/2 inch, 8 track reel to reel. Should have kept that. Had a Tascam 16 track for a while too but that Otari was rock solid and sounded fantastic.

I had a Tascam SYNCASET 238 for a couple of years in the early 90s. 8 tracks. Totally ruled.
