In the other thread I posted the other day about my NCD, picking up this JCM800 cab loaded with two 1975 and two 1976 Blackbacks, I had mentioned that the stamp codes on two of them were 1777 and one of the others I could see a 3. It was suggested that the cones stamped 3 could be Pulsonics. I pulled them today to rewire the cab, and got some pics of the cones, and I was able to find a 3 stamp on the last speaker. It was hidden way up behind one of the legs. To my untrained eye all the cones look the same to me, but beyond being able to decode the date stamp, I have zero experience with I.D.ing old Celestions.

First 5 pics are of the 3 stamped cones, with LH 6 date code.
Second 5 are of the 1777 stamped cones, with the AJ 8 date code.

So, what say ye? Pulsonics, Yea or Nea?
