NGD Aviator Spitfire

Finally after fedex pissing me off for 2 weeks I finally got my Aviator.

Neck is super thin but still comfortable. Like a super thin C. The fretboard binding matches the top which I wasn't expecting. Fret work is great. I forgot I requested a natural back so that was surprising at first but once I got used to the look I'm quite happy with it.

I got BKP warpig in the bridge and an Emerald in the neck. I didn't care for the Warpig with my Ares but with my Monomyth it sounds great. The Emerald is way different than any of my other pickups. Very clear and almost single coil like.

Other specs is luminlay side dots, locking tuners, hipshot bridge, and stainless frets.

I'm pretty happy with this guitar as it feels way different than my Regius or LP. Now I'm going to put a deposit down on an explorer from chubtone which will be my last guitar order for this year unless I hit the lottery

Yup. I wasn't sure what to expect with it being a natural back but I'm loving it. The top doesn't have that many coats on it so you can get a hint of the natural wood color coming through. I'm really happy with it.

It's definitely it's own identity. It's hard to compare it to a single brand.
