New Captor X User

Hi Folks,

I just picked up a Captor X, I'm really enjoying how easy it is to use and get good results. Not sure how you UA Apollo users have it set up?

I'm just running XLR to TRS cables into a pair of inputs, I set them to +4dB, that's it. I'd be curious to know other users workflow, I thought about using Unison pres, but I think that's overkill.
Anyway, I thought I'd post a track I just cut using it.

Ross from Two notes here. Thanks for sending over the track - sounding fab and we're happy to hear the Captor X is working out for you!

In terms of connectivity, your current setup is a good one! Personally i like using the 1073 pre's to add a touch of colour to the signal but the golden rule I always swear by is trust your ears and experiment! :)
