I don’t think so? That module looks solid and seems to lock in while still being able to rotate.
I mean, I don’t think Joe Walsh would be playing some half assed idea a guy came up with on a bender.
It’s weird seeing the “unused” pickups at that 90 degree angle, but that would be so cool to be able to change pickups that easily. I think it’s a great idea.

That’s really cool. That’s a lot of wood out of the body. I wonder what tonal effect it has.

Agreed. Very cool but it would be interesting to hear the tonal impact of the wood missing.
That was the only drawback that came to mind, unless you can’t get over the look.
I’d love to try one out.

Big nope for me. The other pickups would get in the way of strumming, etc.

Hahahaha. It’s a clever idea. There is a guitar out now that has modular pickups but you can’t switch mid song. Imagine the tech that will go into a guitar 25 years from now. They will have some crazy stuff.

That's actually badass but pretty impractical. Home testing, better than the Liberator in my opinion.
