I've asked Mesa and Mike B for information or if they'd let me interview them and help document the early Mark series stuff. My rep gave me the answer "So I/we can answer a question or two, here and there. But frankly, Boogie lovers and their amps keep us very busy - possibly too busy to “collaborate” on your very worthy project - sorry." He BCC'd a few people on the email to see if anyone would be interested. No help there.

I don't really think any of them would be interested in documenting anything unless you could pay them for their time.
