Price check an old Marshall cab?

This is tagged as a 1981 or 1982 Marshall 1960 with Celestion G12-80's. The head sitting on it is not for sale. The one T number I can make out from the photo is T2876, which gives this from Bygone Tones:
T2876G12-80Ceramic15 Ohmcone stamp - 444 - Marshall label

So this does seem like it's the real deal. It's local, so I can test it.

I'm torn on this because it would be a really good sonic fit with the amps I have, but it's a space issue also. I think it's being offered for a good $ deal but curious what "good deal" would mean to you on this cab. I don't want to post the advertised price and anchor your opinions. Consider the most you'd pay including sales tax.

Side note: it's kind of a wake up call on how much larger my Fatbottom 412 is--or at least seems--to these 1960's... they also had a JCM800 1960A in there also but the speakers were replaced with Eminence so I wasn't as interested.

Here are the photos of the cab I'm thinking to snag:

That's earlier than 1980....got a checked grill. The 80s/65s were put in as early as 78. So it's a 78/79. Those 80s are cool speakers. A little mid scooped compared to 65s but not scooped like a 75. Great speaker for heavy stuff Imo.
Value? Prices seem to be coming back a bit so 6-800 is my guess.

So he offered it to me for $700+tax. Sounds like that's on the high end of reasonable but still reasonable. I'll take an amp in and demo it. Apparently these 444/55hz speakers sound different from the more common 75Hz/1777 cones.

Edit: also, it seems this is probably a 1982a speaker, not a 1960 given the speakers. I didn't get a close look at the circular model plate on the back of the cab because it was backed up to another cab and wasn't really easy to get to. Not that it matters much... they're the same construction cab, right?

Yep the 1982 cabs from that period just denotes the highest wattage speakers of that year. 80s would be in the 1982s; 65s in the 1960s. In 1984 the 1982 cabs would have the G12 H100s; the 1960 cabs the T75s.
