Thanks to Headfirst Amplification ....... FX Loop and JEL spec mod ( 2204 )

took today off from work to dick around with my recent 2204 build ....
installed a Headfirst FX loop ...... and modded the amp to Friedman JEL spec per Mr.Tong's vid over at Headfirst ....
wanted to give a public thanks ...... I've been wanting to build and work on amps since I got of high school ( 89 ) ....
there wasn't anyone to learn from ... or even help with getting a toe in the water with that kind of thing .
I've been building pedals now for about 5 years .... always itching to do an amp ... but lacking what I considered just that little extra know how to build one .
Jason's vids are what pushed me over the edge to do it .... some of his vids are invaluable to me ... that extra know how is in a lot of them .
So Thanks Jason !
My 2204 just sounds insane now without a boost .... and when I do boost it .... DAM !!
The loop which I realize isn't your circuit ... but your layout ... those ground pads on the edge came in real handy in keeping my build clean .
The loop functions and sounds great !
my next build is a Cali using your board ..... totally looking forward to building that ... I'm full on addicted !

I did the JEL mod and Mojo loop on my 2204 clone a couple months ago, and I'm really digging how it sounds. Minimal changes, and easy to do.
