I'm wondering why are people flipping the Jackson USA SL3's so quick?

I see a couple on craigslist and the FB market place as well as here in the classifieds.
My buddies over at the Axe Palace have told me the QC on these has been great
so why the quick turnover?
I have not bought one because I paid much less used for my USA soloists than these are going for otherwise I'd already have 1 or 2 :)

I'm selling mine because the neck shape isn't for me. I had never owned a Jackson, played a few in music stores over the years. I bought online, liked the specs. Tried to get along with it for awhile but ultimately wasn't my thing. Probably would have sent it back but I installed a tremolo stop.

Been wondering that myself. At first I thought that people were going on a flipping escapade, but the prices don't line up with that theory. Haven't really been following Jackson for a while, is there another model or two in their line that offers a better value, perhaps?

I'm pleased with my low-end Jackson JS32 Warriors / JS32T Rhoads, and my mid-tier Jackson CDX22 Concorde and WRX24M. Good for the prices IMO. Maybe others decided to sell their USA Jacksons for the cheaper ones? :D

I have checked out quite a few newer Jacksons in the past year or so... due to the fact that I bought a MIJ Jackson Dinky a few years ago and fell in love with it and was considering looking for an upgrade (and wanting the bigger body of the Soloist). Most of the newer ones I played left me wanting more for various reasons. I also have played a few older ones, and felt they were much higher quality and in feel and playability.

Is it the back neck shape or thickness? I know there's at least 4 thickness variants. Then there's the C shape and D shape. Some people never have a problem, while others do.I tend to gravitate to the comfy c back shape. I tried a soloist with a d and I couldn't get my hands used to it.Too much on the shoulders.I have a lot of soloists but they're all c shape and I love em.

I’d guess they are not good
that would've been my initial reaction but I played one at the axe palace last week and it was really nice. (shocking since a lot of the current USA Jacksons have had serious issues). They have the 'speed profile" so it's thin like the MIJ soloist XL's of the early 90's , definitely thinner than my USA soloists necks. The fret work on the one I played was also very good, I just can't justify paying that much for a soloist that has no binding on it and a 1500 Floyd. I'm curious to see how low they end up going on the used market

What is a FR 1500? Is that one of those 1000s with a $0.25 screw upgrade?
I had to look this up; I've changed all my USA Charvel Floyd 1000s for OFRs(not because the 1000 isn't good; they react fine to gigging) because why not. Seems the 1500 is only licensed to manufacturers; Schecter and Jackson to name a few. They supposedly have more stainless steel parts than the 1000, and have a push in arm vs the screw collar.

What is worse, is how Gibson has dragged Kramer down.
The new ones don't even come close to my 1980's Kramers .

I wasn't impressed by the quality. Seems like a bunch of corners were cut.
