Hard it fucks.

Wow !! Didn't know that... !! I merely talked to him before about making an 8 string pickup set.... he was really a cool cool super nice guy to talk to.... !! Will check out his amp !! Thx mate !

It was very much going in blind getting one of his amps (I got them used) but I don't regret it at all

That's an Elitist right? How do you feel it compares to your Gibsons?

Epic as hell collection by the way
Thanks Devin.

It is an ‘03 “Elite”.

The guitar sounds and plays amazingly well.

The only 2 negatives are the 60’s thin profile neck and the weight.

I guess it weighs about what a Custom does, so no surprise there.

I picked it up for $277, so I’m not really complaining about those 2 issues.

Flamey one started life as a CC #29... reassigned as a WW 58 😉

R7 has a 59/60 profiled neck courtesy of a Dave Johnson shave...

R7 might be coming up for sale soon, haven’t quite talked myself into it. Won’t be a ridiculous price either, will put the stock pickups back in it too

I feel like I’ve been obsessed with block inlays since finally getting into LP’s. For 28 years I kinda thought of LP’s and the inlays as bland, probably as a result of really falling for Ibanez JEM’s early on and viewing an LP as ‘ancient machinery’, but now that I get it, I want to put block inlays on fuckin’ everything.
