Billy rebuilt my '64 Bassman to 6G6-B blonde specs and it's one hell of an amp.
That was two decades ago though, and I don't have any recent contact info.

If you can get him to forward your contact info, Billy would probably get in touch.

Billy Zoom is actually a fucking badass, he was one of the first badass amp techs that experimented with amps...and then played in a bunch of punk bands that were fucking badass and with a ton of other huge names. I know he was sick, he ever reads this I hope he is okay.

Billy is awesome. Helped me troubleshoot a 6G15 unit that ended up having a bad foot switch.
 
saw X back in the day and they were more punk pop rock stuff like pretenders blondie early police etc

i spoke to him once about modding an amp but he was slammed so opted out
