I saw this show in New Jersey. Suicidal Tendencies opened. Fantastic stuff.

I love Empire... but it's like comparing REM's Document to Out of Time.

Mindcrime was the pinnacle of QR vision, and Empire was the vessel to deliver QR to the masses.

Agree 100 percent. Empire is a masterpiece. Could listen to it every single day.

Saw them open in the round for Def Lepp.

Saw them headline Empire and play Mindcrime in its entirety on that tour. (Same tour as OP's video)

Saw them headline the same venue (palace of auburn hills) on Promised Land (and may have been the best show). They were EXTREMELY dialed in at that point.

Saw them later without DeGarmo. They slayed but were not the same. Kings X to QR to Dream Theater with a killer encore at Pine Knob. Best show w/o Chris.

Every other viewing went downhill. Love the band, like the band with Todd. It's not the same w/o DeGarmo and Rockenfeld. Fuck Tate, he was spitting on his bandmates live before a disastrous breakup.

Tate has a spitting fetish I believe. Saw him in Minneapolis years ago and he was spitting mouthfuls of water onto the crowd.....bizarre and repulsive!
