Sadly, your biggest partner in trade is China and I think they get most of their iron ore ($70B annually) from AUS? It must be their manufacturing processes that makes their steel so crappy. I know you hate us but it is time for the US to stop being so soft. I like you personally so don't hate me back.

I don't actually "hate" you but I like to say I do for dramatic effect :p I might have hated the tariffs on us for what it symbolised though.

After all the hatred you've spewed including something about joining an army just to kill Americans, you can't just nonchalantly try to walk it back with a smiley face. The only thing that has a chance of making this seem sincere is an actual apology to the entire forum for all the hate filled shit you've said and actively making the effort to not speak that way anymore; i.e. you can hate on the policy, but don't hate on the people. Until then you're pretty much branded as a rage & hate filled psychopath.

This is just his outlet for his political frustrations like everyone else except Australia politics suck even more than American politics so he is madder about the situation.

Mad or not, it's on the same lines as the ridiculous hatred shown by the people burning Tesla's and murdering CEO's. There really isn't any excuse for the hatred he's displayed the last several months. Even compared to some of our other leftist friends things he's said were way over the line. In my view there was more than a fair share that nudged the border of being a violent threat towards members.

It's a complete cop-out to pretend it was dramatic effect, put hate in quotes, and make a smiley face. I'm willing to give him the chance to admit he was out of line and make things right with the forum, but it's going to take more than that.

The Lord is very forgiving, therefore I must be forgiving. How many times must I forgive my brother? Up to seven times? No, seventy times seven. What we don't forgive others, we will not be forgiven. I've made many angry forum rants. The nice thing about forgiveness is it let's me not care to begin with. Plus it's an internet forum, who cares anyways? It ain't like we's running the show. Overall I like having thumbpicker here even though I pretty much don't see eye to eye with him on anything except using thumbpicks. :LOL:

Currently I don't like @Thumbpicker but I don't hate him either. Like I said before, I'm pretty indifferent towards him. And he's not done or said anything directly to me that has actually offended me. So there's nothing for me to forgive. I can however take on a serious tone and point out when someone is acting out of line.

I do care enough about this forum and most of the members to call people out when they're being hateful towards them. Thumbpicker has most certainly done that with his indirect hatred towards forum members that's bordered on violent threats. He may not have said anyone by name, but saying he'd kill Americans; when a good portion of members are American, is only one step away. Pointing it out doesn't mean I'm offended or pissed at him for acting out. It does provide an opportunity for self reflection to realize he crossed a line and decide if he wants to continue to act this way or not. He may not have realized just how bad his words have come off and needs a figurative kick in the ass to see it.

Your country started it. I would still join an Army to stop the invasion of a friendly country in the British Commonwealth like Canada. It's not to kill Americans but that's what happens when you try and invade countries. Now go tell Trump to leave them alone and nothing will happen. I'm not sorry for anything I said.
