Never considered one of these before and then got to thinking about one. Started reading up on them and thought damn…hitting all the boxes for me… then got to talking to a couple forum bros about them..one thing leads to another and I’m kicking it with brother Alund one day and he’s like…I got one I don’t want…how’s this sound for you? I’m like fuck yeah bwah…. And low and behold look what the brown shirts dropped off-

Bc rich neck thru st…artisan I believe…badass…. My first one ever….plus it has some dimarzio’s in it. Fucker showed up in tune also… so freaking awesome…thanks Alund…you’re my road dog bro….for reeelz…
 
We are quilted maple bros now JBT. I'm a little jealous about the sheer number of mini switches on your guitar. I wanted to do a coil split or phase switch on my viper and bought a gold mini but like you, my first wiring job was a little frustrating and by the time I was done I wasn't going further than absolutely necessary.

Congrats Steve, it's a beauty. @alund WTH you been smoking lately letting Steve-o scoop up all your sweet axes?:LOL:

Only other question I have is does sweetwater I mean @alund go cheap on the bit-o-honeys with your guitar purchases?

Of all the BC Rich designs, a Mockingbird is the only one I'd want. That's a gorgeous axe, enjoy it. I considered getting one of the exotic wood series they put out years ago, but never got one.
 
I’m not sure what these pups are but they sound pretty damn good. I have always been a Seymour guy but I have to be honest…I have a few guitars with dimarzio’s and they sound really freaking good…
 
Two sets of schb’s, these in the mockingbird and a virtual vintage in my dk2…and they all sound great…
