Fell off, apparently, years ago. Originally, I put it back in the shell. Few days ago I setup the amp for some tests and I found it on the floor after putting the amp away.

Finally had the chassis out of the head shell.

Could have been more precise but crazy glue is unforgiving.

Same. Also, it would probably be a thread starter on a forum somewhere by a possible future owner. Now they will know what it is and no thread will be started that ends with cancer being cured. Small decisions like this make big impacts. That butterfly died before it had a chance to flap it's wings.
