MURDERATOR
Lit my fuckin ass up boy…. Touched a leg on one of the switches while manipulating the chassis after pulling it…. I have been hit harder but I can’t remember when…. That shit is more effective than coffee….

Monitor your heart rate for heart palpitations. If your heart feels out of beat go to the ER and explain you may need your heart rate fixed after getting shocked.

You’ll get feeling back in your thumb in a few weeks. It sucks but it happens.
Luckily I have almost no feeling in my hands… I was almost killed by electrocution when I was 17 at a coal mine. They said the only thing that saved me was the mining boots. I was walking along and then all of a sudden I’m laying in sludge on my back looking up at the blue blue sky….🌌

Wonder how much juice that was? I went ahead and drained it but was surprised how much juice was still in it after it got me.

My old Peavey Butcher popped my electrocution cherry. Here's a tip for dumb people: don't grab both ends of a fuse especially when the amp is still plugged in. :ROFLMAO:

Actually, don't grab either end of a fuse when the amp is plugged in.

Monitor your heart rate for heart palpitations. If your heart feels out of beat go to the ER and explain you have arrhythmia after getting shocked with high voltage.

This. If you feel weird at all, go to the ER Steve

Not worth taking any chances with this shit, can confirm, have been there bro

Worst part was it was completely unexpected…. Pulled it and was turning the chassis around and 💥… I immediately yelled fuuuuuccccckkkk…. And sumbitch… then started laughing… wife knew what it was immediately…. Guess it popped….

Good reminder for everyone not to get too comfortable around electricity. Already knew someone that stroked out from getting shocked, don't want to know someone else. Glad you are ok man!

Glad you're ok! I’ve been an electrician for 30 years and before that I did HVAC for 5 years. I’ve been zapped a lot. You should probably get a checkup just in case.
Edit: I forgot to mention that 10 years ago I worked for the Chicago Transit Authority as a train mechanic. The first time I had to step over a live 3rd rail (600 volts DC) my leg refused to move. Then after a while you step over it like nothing. You also had to use a device called a Stinger to move the trains out of the shop. You had to put the tip on the trolley shoe and press a button to turn on the power. Fun times!
