I would take that bet.

Jack Black kinda showed his moral compas when he canceled Tenacious D because he couldn't condone political violence. It's rare that someone does things for the right reasons, especially in the entertainment industry. We should be praising him for bringing guitar to a younger generation, but instead you are going to spout that crap?! Shame on you.
I kinda figured he dicked over his friend/partner to save his career when cancel culture was in full swing? But that was just my thought.

Oh true lock him up. An odd thing to bring up unprompted without any evidence.

But, I would bet a large sum of money that Geo is a pedo.

Not really. It's kinda the opposite. It's cancel culture leading to people thinking assassination attempts and political martyrdom is okay. No American should condone that line of thinking, let alone encourage it, and distancing himself from that to save his image was smart. Yes, Jack Black saved his career, but no, it was KG that ended that with his abhorrent comments.

It's awesome to see the kids getting really into like we did 40 years ago.

lol I never thought of that. I like the guy and think he is permanently running off cocaine and coffee but you make a strong point. Always with the kid movie angle... but hey, it's possible for people not to be pedos but like to spend time with kids right?? You know, like MJ

It is pretty cool that they recreated the look and feel of that after hours show they did with Randy and tried to even match the live off the board rather than overdubs. ( though his voice is likely overdubbed)

I think Jack Black saw his paycheck going away when KG said what he said. Self-preservation is why he cancelled imho, and a smart decision. But i guarantee he is not some legitimate example of morality, hollywood is hollywood they are the kings of acting moral but not practicing it. I bet JB feels the exact sane way as KG but he's not dumb enough to announce it on stage.

I'd agree with that.. Jack Black had to do damage control for his buddy. Regardless of political leanings, it is insane that people ( at the time) were cheering on an assassination attempt. However in looking to now, I can see why so many people were cheering but it still doesn't make it right. Even for a woke industry, there are lines that can't be crossed because you are selling a product.
