I’m waiting for my name to come up. I personally wouldn’t buy a used one for more than just waiting. Even at the same price. I’d want a discount. But I’m sure someone would be willing to pay same price as new or even slightly more. At least while there are still relatively few out there

Yeah, you'll be able to get pretty much all your money back if you don't like it. Supply is low and demand is high.

My advice is the same as I always give for stuff with high demand- if you have the money up front, 100% worth it since youll be able to resell

I received mine last week, box had a hole in it. I requested a replacement box, at first they wanted $35 for the box and another $31 for shipping it. Eventually they only charged me the shipping cost. I’m not happy, and I’ve purchased over ten new Friedman products over the years, many through Blad at BAD.

Mine arrive today and box was pretty "red-necked" too. It looked like it had been on a tough ride. Thankfully, the amp was okay and none of the transformer legs were bent. I did see a scuff mark on the gold part of the knob in the back for the effects level return (can see some silver), but I don't think that happened in shipping. Hard to see in the picture though. I was really hoping these would be double boxed, with the actual Jose branded box inside to protect it.

Box did it's job. I wouldn't reuse any manufacturers box other than as the interior box when you double box it to ship. Buy some of these for your outer box. Pretty much the only way I ship amps these days. It's more expensive due to the dimensions but never stress about damage. I also line the interior with more cardboard and it's puncture proof.

My be50, plex and slo are similar & I’m learning to use less gain for punch & clarity.
Otherwise it looks great. Unimpressed with videos so far, hopeful for someone to record something tasty soon.
