Anyone experimenting with any slow gear clones with delays? The VSN slow hand or Rowin slow hand demos look like the way to go for that violin effect.

Not the best example but used with delay and maybe some other fx would open doors to some cool sequences/lines.

Not automatic enough. Anyone getting a violin effect another way?

I build a BYOC version

Yes, it does the violin thing, and removes the pick attack, but you really have to play to the pedal, if you start playing to fast, it loses the effect

Sounds promising tell us more about it or post a clip how it sounds with a delay?

I have a VFE Bumble Bee, you have to dial it in and play it correctly, meaning you have to stop the note before you play the next note. But it’s a cool effect. I bought it to see if I could achieve some Hendrix like “backwards” sounding phrasing.

Here is a video of one being used with delay…

Unlike that above post... I mainly using mine for free time stuff with delay (Stereo, for the ear-sexual experience)

My was a kit from BYOC (Build Your Own Clone - R.I.P.) called the "Lazy Sprocket"

Here is a Slow Attack Clamfest as requested
Settings:
Attack Knob at 2 O'Clock
Sens Knob at 1 O'Clock

it seems real hard to sound like you are playing in time when using it
