KNE, Locke and Butala supposedly makes a great Kamikaze style (depending on what neck you have). Though I've read some issues with Butala as far as communication & customer service

With Butala just put your stuff in the order form and be patient. I Have 1.5 Butala guitars and they are way better than the stuff I’ve got from KNE.

That's so cool. I like my ESP Ronnie Wood tele, it's a great sounding instrument with really nice fit and finish.
