Lights Out in London Michael Schenker Orlando 9-5-25 Mike's still killin it

Been catchin’ a lot of BOC lately on YT for some reason and it hit me that Buck and Schenker are very alike in some ways. They both just have this flow to their playing. Somehow their phrasing never gets stale and they just pull off great extended passages with zero apparent hiccups or ripcord bends, affections etc to get back on track.
Excellent breakdown.............................^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I was disappointed when I saw him a few months ago. The other guitarist did all of the heavy lifting.

So glad to see him staying healthy and playing at such a high level.....for a number of years there, it was bleak....

He's my number 1 hands down. Right at the top of that mountain of the greats. I put him above all the other guys I love like YJM, Rhoads, EVH etc. For me it is just the phrasing, rythms, and that big ass larger than life vibrato. Also, the out of control early cocaine era MSG has some of the most balls out live playing you will ever hear. He's insane on some of those tunes. Was probably time for him to go back to gibson as well.
