I am SO happy and feel so fortunate I got to see Badlands up close and personal 1989, here in New Jersey. Ray Gillen was a local boy and was pointing and calling people out in the crowd all night. Jakes tone was massive. Ray's voice right up there with the greatest rock singers of any era.

I absolutely love it. It is a wonderful sounding and playing guitar. I had no problem acclimating to the scalloped neck. One minor complaint (that others have noted as well) is the high E tends to slide off the side of the neck too easily, especially at the higher frets.
