I’ve had numerous of both, but as a whole, the m series is a drop sharper and more aggressive- I like the m series more as a whole but if you are in the standard tuning camp I could see liking the black heaven more. I still prefer the m6 though and have yet to try a modern pickup I like anywhere...

I had a fender mustang for years and loved the sounds I got from it.

I’ve also heard really good stuff about Eastman- they have models comparable to pretty much the entire Les Paul line

I’ve played a 50s Les Paul Junior that was phenomenal, but those cost a lot more haha. For what it’s worth, I’ve played many epiphones that smoke current us made gibsons.

I have to do more research on his different models but I’ll reach out if I decide on that one :) thanks!

I wasn’t making any claims to the contrary. I’ve said the same about how people who could afford it before can afford it now as well- was just commenting that it’s not purely 5k cheaper . And agree that people should be helping people in need if they have enough spare money to spend 7k on an amp.

Anyone have one of these that they’d consider trading or selling? Perfect world it would be a hrg head.

I know @RedPlated has done nfb mods on a bunch of amps and could probably add it to the ones you have

After spending some time at @braintheory , the tone specific paf and Gretsch pafs are awesome

No idea about his amps or mods, but I really liked the switcher of his I had for a few years- never any problems with it
