I plugged in my 5150 II after moving it and it was making a very loud hiss/hum/buzz when I turned the effects loop on. What could be causing this? I haven't been rough when moving the amp or anything.

What chords do you like to use in drop tunings? I like the standard 5th (power chord), inverted 5th and 9th chords. alot.

Can someone give me a couple really nice chords to use in clean passages? I know a fair amount in standard, but my band is playing in drop C# so that limits my playing on the top string when it comes to clean passages. I'm a big fan of jazz chords, 7ths, 9ths, diminished chords etc etc. :)...
