The UK68 is a really killer amp that I hope more people get to try eventually. There's a lot more to it than what I'm showing in those clips. As for that Marshall clip... it's one I made in haste after first getting the amp and being excited to share. Not a fan of the playing at all on that one...
Hell yeah! That's long been one of my favourites too. That cannon-like snare at about the 30 second mark before the song really kicks into gear... damn !
Sonically, I think the For Those About to Rock record is the most powerful and amazing album of their career. Flick of the Switch is an...
If you think you might dig that UK68, just a heads up that Glen is coming out with a 50 watt version (UK 67) that sounds pretty stunning and would probably run you a little bit less than the UK68. I was at his shop yesterday, and he had just finished the final tweaks on it.

Oh man. I know the ad online where that came from. That is not a Morris build. I know it's badged like one, and it's something Glen was maybe trying to clean up for a customer and spent some limited time on at some point, but that's not what you get if you order a Morris amp.
Works great for medium gain stuff too. For the clips, I had the 3 way gain switch and 3 way bright switch in the highest settings and then adjusted the gain and treble/presence knobs to get what I wanted to hear. There's definitely more versatility than what you hear in my clips. Glen's amps are...
Thanks guys. I've been pretty excited about this amp. I'm a total nut for early EVH and DeMartini type of tones, and this amp definitely gets me the sounds I love to hear without needing to run too much volume.
In response to harddriver's comment regarding the master volume... wish I could...
Very limited experience with Peg City, but for what it's worth, I recently played someone's Luxxtone El Machete that had been loaded with a Pegcity 2-Stroke humbucker in the bridge position. Sounded absolutely fantastic. Super dynamic with a really sweet tone. Had never heard of Peg City before...
All the Metro-Plex clips I've listened to sound really good, but the MKII clips that Jim Gaustad recently posted are what really got me excited about these amps. I need to try one! Regarding the Audette mods, I bought a Marshall Major several years ago that had been modded by Michael. Had it...
