PSA: my fellow PNW'ers...1-day guitar show Dec.4 in PDX

Good to see you, too, mang. I must've asked a couple dozen people today if they wanted to try (or even just hear) the SLO rig. Not one person took me up on it. No one wanted to hear the other amps, either. I'm still scratching my head on it. Whenever someone offers that to me at a show, I'm...

PSA: my fellow PNW'ers...1-day guitar show Dec.4 in PDX

Thanks for the invite, Steve, but I'll be getting there early in the morning for load-in. Look for a dipshit wearing a Mesa/Boogie hat.

    Cae3+se switching question!

If using a battery, put in a switch so you don't drain it. Also, don't forget the resistor(s) for the LEDs to knock down the juice a little bit.

    Cae3+se switching question!

I could draw it up if you want, OP.

    Cae3+se switching question!

On the back of the 3+ should be two 1/4" switch jacks to activate ch.2 and ch.3. There should also be a 1/4" jack to lift the eq (bit of a gain boost). If you're handy with a soldering iron, you could easily mod a standard generic 2-button ftsw to access all 3 channels. One button would toggle...

Let's see your natural wood top guitars!

It's interesting how the color of wood changes with a clear finish. The Warmoths below L>R are walnut (clear nitro lacquer), mahogany (clear satin lacquer), southern ash (clear urethane), northern ash (clear oil).

PSA: my fellow PNW'ers...1-day guitar show Dec.4 in PDX

I'll bump this since the show is coming up this Sunday. I'm sharing a booth with some dudes. I'll have a Soldano stack up against the wall, and then a few heads on the table (Demeter TGA-3, Mesa Maverick, Bogner Brixton). Offer still stands...ask to try any of my amps and I'll throw an R7 at you...

Soldano SLO full stack, local sale only Seattle-Portland

I popped this here and at TGP. If it doens't sell, this rig will be at the PDX guitar show next month.

Soldano SLO full stack, local sale only Seattle-Portland

Made in Seattle full stack. Standard SLO head with a pair of X12000-loaded straight cabs. The head is really clean. The cabs have a few small dings here and there, and I think the camera added a few photo artifacts in this pic. Footswitch and blank warranty card included. I am the second owner...

    Here comes the SLO pedal

Thorn chimed in on the TGP thread, advising them to use this pedal into the front end and not the effects loop. When I had my GTO pedals, they didn't like the loop, either.

    Here comes the SLO pedal

I had a couple that I got direct from Mike: 2015-orange & 2017-purple... Sold them for stupid $ after Mike retired. I also had one of the original ones from the first run in '01, which I had to use a ground lift with to eliminate the hum. Dumbass me...I should've kept all of them.

PSA: my fellow PNW'ers...1-day guitar show Dec.4 in PDX

$150 for a vendor table w/power drop if you want to camp out all day, $15 for everybody else to walk in. You don't pay anything beyond the $15 cover if you just walk in with something to sell/trade. They even have a few free tables set-up for people just walking in with stuff. Whenever I get a...

If you go to this one, Greg, stop by the table I'm sharing with a few dudes. I'll probably have an amp or two that'll flap your pantaloons.

Mesa Maverick head, local sale preferred Seattle-Portland

Pretty clean shape. Sounds great. 2 channels, clean & dirty, verb, global master, f/x loop. No idea on tube age. I don't have a footswitch for it, but any tip-to-ground ftsw will work, and it will power an LED if the ftsw has one. $1100 local meet-up. I'm in Centralia, right in between both...
