    What’s is YOUR standard tuning?

Tele = Drop C# - My primary tuning to mix classic rock with hardcore and spaghetti western. LTD = Standard - General rock I guess, sort of anything that needs humbuckers really. Jackson = Drop C - Chuggy metal stuff, the Floyd Rose has systematically gone flat across every string so it's...

Don’t hate me : Dual Rec talk from Michael Nielsen

Of the riffs I recognized, they all sounded worse than the albums. I've always disliked Rectos but I am surprised how he managed to make them sound worse. Maybe he gets the benefit of the doubt without all the extra EQing a final track has but that was a pretty shit demo.

    Crispy boy right there

I'm surprised how much I still hear the Marshall in there!

    For Sale Ceriatone JCM51 All Access 50w (aka a Plexi + JCM800)

Definitely not the brootz lol, way more vintage sounding (think '68 Plexi and not 70s JMP). Low end is nowhere near tight. It does technically come with a built in boost for the JCM800 channel, but I much preferred my EQD Plumes over that when trying the classic Boss SD1+JCM800 combo. But to be...

    For Sale Ceriatone JCM51 All Access 50w (aka a Plexi + JCM800)

Reverb offer fell through. Make me one here, I've got poor amps to feed.

For those that owned both, compare the Uber Ultra with the Hell Razor

CS24 is based on an SLO modded Marshall those guys found, but then added their own mods to. So definitely some overlap with the SK given Shae worked on both and the SK also started as Plexi/JCM800 mods.

    Hermansson Build: 5GS “Marsnall”

Keep us posted, he's working on a Recto for me as we speak. I've always hated Rectos and loved Marshalls, but his stuff is so different from the donor amp I only went with a Recto because I got it cheap and quick.

    Jcm2000 love

This was my first tube amp and had the bias drifting issue then eventually died entirely even after a trip to the shop. Wound up losing in a move shortly after. I'm super tempted to pick another one up just to see how it feels now that I actually know what I'm doing lol.

    Apparently Marshal released a 20 watt JCM900

    Probably cheaper to produce

Wizard MTL2 vs Ground Zero Hellion V2

+1 I've got a Hellion, just picked up an MCII, and despite both having a Marshall lineage they're definitely different amps.

How does the depth mod work? Like is stock at noon and it goes from there?

Not sure if anyone saw one of the comments on the video...

NAD: cheap Wizard content (now with clips) - 2nd Update = MTL

Heh those recordings are from literally my first 20mins with it, pretty sure my guitar wasn't even properly in tune. I also haven't cranked it yet because I've got a toddler with a 730pm bedtime. I did try out boosting it a bit; definitely takes them well but with a Skeleton Key and a Hellion...

    Small footprint EQ

Source Audio's EQ2 has a bonkers amount of features for its size.

    Apparently Marshal released a 20 watt JCM900

Are there any bands that legitimately use a 900? That's usually what drives this kind of nostalgia type stuff, but I just can't think of anyone who uses a 900.

Haha yeah, I noticed it was only like 30mins from me so shot the guy my number to figure out a cash deal.

What are my options for a two amp AB pedal?

This reminded me, I had a Morley ABC which does have phase! It technically doesn't have Y routing, but you can enable any combo of the 3 outputs you like (just means extra clicks compared to a Y). https://www.morleyproducts.com/abc-pro-selector/
